Fees: Counseling session fees are calculated according to the rates specified on the SimiaRoom website. The session fee must be paid before the session begins.
Refunds: If you cancel the session at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, the payment will be refunded. If the session is canceled after this time, the payment will not be refunded.

Insurance Letter: SimiaRoom provides an insurance letter, but it is not responsible for collecting fees related to it.
